Don’t risk your freedom with an assault & battery attorney who doesn’t know your rights. Your assault & battery attorney should have  knowledge of the laws surrounding the case. In 2012, while working overseas, I was federally indicted by the US Department of Justice based upon an investigation by the Department of Labor. The accusation stemmed from a partnership that was dissolved in 2007, whereby my partners wrongfully accused me with the misappropriation of funds of which I had no access to.
My criminal attorney who fell ill recommended Kirk Truslow. I found Kirk to be very knowledgeable of the law. Upon Kirk’s review of the records, and Kirk’s representation to the court, my innocence was proven and the case did not go to trial. My indictment was dismissed.
I would highly recommend Mr. Truslow to anyone needing council and a great trial lawyer. Call the offices of T. Kirk Truslow to have your case reviewed today.
